Referral Codes
Every user that signs up for your waitlist gets a unique referral code.
What is the referral code for?
When a user joins the waitlist, they are provided with a unique referral code embedded in a shareable URL. This code can be shared with others, allowing the user to move up in the waitlist whenever someone joins using their code. This incentivizes users to spread the word and potentially access the service sooner.
How do my users use their referral codes?
When a user signs up and is added to the waitlist, they will receive a unique URL on the thank-you page. This URL contains their referral code, and by sharing it with others, they can increase their chances of moving up the waitlist as more people join using their link.
A waitlist user lost their referral link, how can I help them?
Currently, the best way to assist someone who lost their referral code/referral URL is to look in your submissions table for their email. There is a Referral URL
column in the table that you can copy/paste to them in an email.

How are the referral URLs generated?
When you created your waitlist, you provided a URL for the project. This URL should be where you're embedding your Waitlisty widget. If a user joins your waitlist through the widget, the referral URL will be the project URL plus their referral code.
If your users join your waitlist through the associated Waitlisty landing page, then the referral URL will be the landing page URL plus their unique referral code.
